* Lead, design and implement innovative solutions using Javascript, HTML, CSS and React
* Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop new solutions or enhance existing solution.
* Lead key team initiatives from start to finish by managing and improving the entire software development lifecycle.
* Partner with engineers to define requirements, architect solutions, and manage ongoing product enhancements.
* Present and communicate across multiple groups to influence decisions, share knowledge, and solve production issues.
* Build collaborative partnerships with architects, technical leads and key individuals within other functional groups.
* Focus on designing and implementing systems for scalability, testability and maintainability.
* Follow emerging Web front-end technologies with the maturity to know how and when to adopt them into an enterprise product that will be put through its paces by our engaged and passionate clients.
* Foster a culture of paired programming, technical learning sessions, and healthy collaboration amongst engineers.
* Write unit tests and promote a variety of good engineering best practices.

* Have 6 + years of experience in web technology with a successful history of launching projects.
* Have experience in designing solutions that utilize software and client-side design patterns and best practices.
* Have experience with various client-side technologies like JavaScript, ReactJs, NodeJs, ES6, CSS (https://styled-system.com), XHR, REST APIs. GraphQL
* Have experience in React with Hooks and Classes.
* Have experience on how SPA (Single Page Application) App works.
* Understands the lifecycle methods of class-based components.
* Understands what is Server Side Rendering and its benefits.
* Understand a few terms of GraphQL (Query, Schema, Mutations, Subscriptions, etc).
* Have worked with Apollo Client and understands its caching mechanism.
* Have experience with JavaScript prominent libraries and frameworks (React, Redux, Angular, Underscore, etc), tools (Webpack, Grunt, npm, etc), cross-browser compatibility, unit testing (Jest, Jasmine, Enzyme, etc), performance optimization, and best practices for overall website performance vitals.
* Have strong understanding of React and Redux is preferred.
* Are an emerging leader with ownership of broader strategic initiatives experience, driving business results through teamwork, and has been responsible for defining engineering timelines through LOE assessments.
* Have experience with Agile or Scrum processes.
* Have domain knowledge in e-commerce applications is desired.
