Job Description

Assist with ticket resolution for non-report owners needing activation or access
Contribute to automation efforts using Python and Tableau command line tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and provisioning (Azure experience a plus)
Help reduce reliance on ticketing responsibilities by improving self-service and automation

Required Skills & Experience

3–6 years of experience with Tableau Cloud
Experience with multi-site and multi-bridge Tableau environments
Strong Tableau Desktop skills
Automation experience (Python, Tableau CLI)
Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
ServiceNow experience for live troubleshooting and ticket resolution
Background in help desk or solutioning environments
