Job Description
• 4+ years of hands-on networking and security experience
• 6+ years of overall IT experience
• Experience with enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN environments
• Firewall configuration and troubleshooting (Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar)
• Experience with load balancers (F5 or similar)
• Strong Layer 3–8 troubleshooting skills, including packet analysis
• Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL)
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, SolarWinds, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Strong documentation and task-tracking discipline

Required Skills & Experience
• Automation/scripting experience (Python, Ansible, PowerShell)
• SD-WAN and/or SASE experience
• Security-focused experience (IPS/IDS, SSL certificates, web filtering)
• Experience with enterprise monitoring platform setup and tuning
• Business Analyst experience
• Relevant certifications (Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)
• WLAN design and security experience
