Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join a well-established and respected institution in San Francisco. This person will be part of the Administrative Operations team and report to the Department Manager. Main responsibilities include:
• Processing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting payment and billing workflows
• Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and prepare documentation for processing
• Coordinating with external partners to manage approvals
o Providing additional details as needed to complete documentation
• Reviewing and resolving discrepancies, and managing appeals or follow-ups as necessary
• Supporting staff, students, and leadership with proper documentation and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume environment focused on processing insurance/medical billing claims.
• Proficient using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel at a basic level.
• Knowledgeable in using electronic health record software’s.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Compensation:
$21/hr to $32/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
