MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) is seeking to add an Associate Attorney to their General Liability and Product Liability practice group in any their California offices (Los Angeles, Irvine, San Francisco and Walnut Creek). The candidate should have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in handling Defense General Liability and Product Liability cases.

Required Skills & Experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload
• Conduct depositions
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
• Review and analyze discovery requests
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and motions
• Trial preparation and support
• Maintain accurate time records
Candidate Requirements:
• A minimum of three 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: general liability and product liability.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school - must be accredited at the time of their attendance.
• Must be admitted to practice in the state of California - must provide bar number.
• Experience with motion practice and depositions.
• Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
• Capable of independent work.
• Work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Superior research and writing skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to analyze complex matters.
