Job Description

Job Description: NY Dental Studios is seeking a passionate and organized Front Desk/Receptionist to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. This multi-faceted, full-time role supports patient case management, combining healthcare management, casework responsibilities, customer service and financial management.
Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team member
Strong attention to detail
Treatment planning, case management, patient and clinician scheduling
Patient payments, insurance claims support and financial reporting
Building lasting relationships with patients by ensuring their visit with us is a great experience

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
1-3 years of experience working in hospitality, sales, Customer Service
Previous Dental experience or as a dental assistant
Dental Xray License
Healthcare/ medical practice environment or any customer/client-facing role
Comfortable with medium-high volume of phone calls
Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team members
Proficiency with MS Office applications -- Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to pick up new processes and technologies quickly

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
Experience checking in patients, scheduling appointments, completing/filing patient charts with clinical administrative background
