Job Description
Insight Global is assisting a longstanding Cyber Security client of ours in identifying a Financial Operations Analyst for a remote 6 months contract position to sit out of India. This person will support various aspects of financial operations including invoicing, collections, contract review and bookings for both US and International customers.
- Support Order Management activities, including reviewing contracts and purchase orders to ensure compliance with our Booking Policies, and accuracy in our financial systems.
- Conduct final reviews of deals to ensure the completeness and accuracy of opportunities. This includes validating and updating Salesforce (SFDC) quote and order data against all contractual agreements, purchase orders (POs), approvals, and other supporting documentation.
- Partner with the sales and legal teams to understand the deal terms and ensure conformance with the company’s policies and process guidelines.
- Support the invoicing and collections lifecycle across U.S. and international customers — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Support daily payment posting and cash application.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting
- 3+ years of billing experience
- Strong Excel skills (V-LOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Having worked with well known sales and customer procurement systems (SalesForce, Coupa, Ariba etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience at SaaS companies preferred
- Experience with journal entries and account reconciliations
- Experience working in multiple currencies, and understanding of foreign exchange rates
- Workday experience a plus
