Job Description

The Partner Marketing Event Support Specialist- Campaigns, Communications & Events is an entry level event professional who will assist in the planning, support and follow-through of partner-facing marketing events globally. In this role, youll work across the Partner Marketing team to support the Industry and Alliance team GTM goals for our diverse ecosystem of Consulting and ISV Partners at scale.

This position demands collaboration skills and an events background creating dynamic, innovative and engaging events. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external agencies/vendors. You must possess excellent communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, proven talent in managing high-visibility events, unshakable nerves, and an unrestrained desire to master and contribute to the best practices of delivering a world-class Partner events experience.

Responsibilities Include:
This role is part of the Partner Enablement Marketing Team, and supports the full scope of planning, production, operational support and execution for a wide range of Partner-facing events, including workshops to partner events with up to 500+ attendees. The Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to support and execute events within our event portfolio that includes but not limited to: Salesforce Partner Events (such as Partner Kick Off, Partner Summits), and Agentforce Workshops and Go-to-Market Days.
Create and manage detailed project plans, drive complex timelines and track deadlines and deliverables.
Build relationships and work closely with internal teams, including Alliances & Channels, Global Technology Partnerships, Customer Success, Procurement, Finance, Meetingforce, and Budgetforce team members.
Manage event budgets, vendor invoices, contracts, SOWs and communicate budget implications to team lead.
Provide status updates for a variety of audiences including stakeholders, and peers, (e.g., Report out event announcements, highlights and results in slack posts).
Support development and delivery of pre-planning presentations, post event surveys, and report on event ROI.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of event & project management experience with a Bachelors Degree
Experience working with vendors
Strong project and time management skills - highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, and accountable.
