Job Description
An AI Fintech client is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines of pipeline generation, booking high-quality meetings with enterprise level RIAs, and broker-dealer networks, and wealth management firms, so industry knowledge will be key.
This is a purely outbound role, where you’ll own the entire top-of-funnel process — from sourcing and building your own lead lists using tools like Discovery Data, to crafting personalized outreach cadences in Salesloft, to executing daily cold calls and emails. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospects, educating them on a cutting-edge, AI-powered assistant designed specifically for regulated financial institutions and financial professionals, with strict compliance considerations top of mind.
You’ll work closely with Account Executives to ensure strong discovery and clean meeting handoffs, while maintaining a high bar for meeting quality. With no rigid territories and evolving metrics, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and help shape the outbound motion. Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of relevant B2B, SaaS, Fintech sales experience, with demonstrated experience calling on or selling a relevant fintech, or wealth management SaaS product to financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealer networks, wealth management firms, or small/mid-sized banks or credit unions.
- Growth mindset- eager to learn, receive feedback, experiment, and help build something impactful.
- Ability to generate your own leads using tools like Discovery Data, Salesloft, and similar platforms.
- Self-starter mentality- thrives in ambiguity, adapts to evolving metrics, and takes ownership without waiting for direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage financial prospects effectively.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with limited structure and high-volume outbound activity.

- Local to Denver, CO and open to going onsite to the Denver office on occasion.
