Job Description

Insight Global is looking for two Desktop Support Technicians to join the team with one of our financial services clients. One technician will work in the San Francisco office and another technician will work in the Menlo Park office. This role will be an on-going contract, supporting the users in the given office you are responsible for 5 days/week during normal business hours. You will mainly be supporting Windows based applications, but there are some MacBook's in the environment, as well. You will be expected to answer calls and in person requests, and handle tickets as they come in. You will be expected to handle Level 1 - Level 3 based troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

-4+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician
-Experience troubleshooting Level 1 and Level 2 issues
-Experience working at a financial services firm
-Experience working with Windows based applications

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with Mac support
