must have inbound call center experience with patients
Attendance, we need someone who the contract agency can rely on to show up.
Computer Savy if they have someone with SFDC background that would be the best, other CRM based systems are fine, but SFDC is what we use.
Accuracy we need someone that they have relied on to be accurate with entry and following process and direction.

Required Skills & Experience
