Benchmarking & Scoring Adjustments: Transition the CPS model from percentile-based scoring to fixed performance thresholds, leveraging historical and industry benchmarks.
Multi-Touch Attribution: Incorporate multi-touch engagement tracking to assess content influence beyond direct conversions, ensuring holistic measurement.
Develop Agent Content Measurement Strategy: Develop a strategy for measuring content performance both within agents and generated by agents, and tieing that to attribution.
Metric Tracking & Dashboarding: Work with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Snowflake) to build out the CPS score and automate reporting.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Partner with content marketing teams, SEO strategists, and digital analysts to align content performance with business goals.
