Job Description

A Healthcare start-up based out of California is looking to hire talented and passionate Registered Nurses, who have a deep understanding of neurological conditions. This is a 100% remote role, and you would be apart of the Care team, providing individualized care plans covering symptoms, modifiable risk factors, medical and non-medical interventions

- Deliver monthly check-ins: assess changes in baselines, recommend care resources, coordinate with caregivers and clinics
- Handle care logistics like scheduling referrals, flagging medication refill needs, and appointment reminders
- Find and vet regional and disease-specific resources (exercise, diet, sleep, social engagement) for your patients

As the company grows, there is a chance to take on more leadership like below:

- Train and onboard new LVNs and RNs
- Manage escalating alerts from LVNs and make clinical decisions
- Work with the CEO and Medical Director to improve care quality and clinical protocols

Paying $110,000-$120,000/ Year

Required Skills & Experience

- Active RN license (Active, Multi-state compact license)
- Clinical experience working with patients with neurological conditions (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, MS, etc.).
- Ability to clearly and deeply explain neurological conditions, symptoms, disease progression, modifiable risk factors, and medical/non-medical interventions.
- Humility to work with leadership, confidence to lead your own team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Work in clinics, hospitals, or as a care manager is preferred.
