- Assist in designing, building, and testing AI agents focused on people-related projects within the People Insight team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that improve HR and employee experience functions.
- Help design and optimize AI agent architectures to enhance performance and scalability.
- Contribute to documentation and best practices for AI agent development and deployment.
- Monitor AI agent performance and assist in iterative improvements based on feedback and metrics.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience designing, building, and testing AI agents or intelligent systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI Playground.
- Experience with architecture design and optimization for AI agents or similar technologies.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning principles.
- Masters degree or higher in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience working with people analytics or HR-related AI projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI deployment.
- Knowledge of conversational AI and chatbot frameworks.
- Experience with reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.
- Understanding of data privacy and ethical considerations in AI.
-Agile or Scrum development environments.
