Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Agentforce Developer with deep expertise across Salesforce Core, GovCloud+, Data Cloud, and AI/LLM-powered experiences. You will design, build, and ship production-grade features aligned to user stories—leveraging Apex, Lightning, Flows, Platform Events, and modern integration patterns—while ensuring compliance with GovCloud+ standards and Salesforce Trust Layer controls. This role partners closely with Technical Architects and Product Owners to deliver secure, scalable solutions with robust test coverage and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years developing on Salesforce Core (Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events) and 1+ years building AI-enabled solutions (prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, retrieval, embeddings, evaluation).
- Hands-on experience( 1+ implementations) with Agentforce (capabilities, platform boundaries), Salesforce Trust Layer, Data Cloud (unified profiles, segmentation, activations), and GovCloud+ operational constraints.
- Strong command of Apex design patterns (layered architecture, separation of concerns, unit testing, mocking), Lightning best practices, and Flow governance.
- Solid understanding of data preparation (profiling, deduping, identity resolution, consent, lineage) for AI and Health Cloud Data Model.
