Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Admin Assistant III to support one of our financial services clients.
The level III Administrative Assistant demonstrates thorough knowledge in the assigned area and works under direction only as needed. The Assistant provides administrative support to senior managers and may also provide administrative support to a broader department or team. Additionally, the Assistant independently manages a range of tasks and acts as first point of contact for internal and external queries.

Required Skills & Experience

• Brings deep Microsoft Office proficiency and 5+ years of administrative assistant experience, applying strong knowledge of departmental functions
• Takes initiative, uses sound judgment, and handles complex issues independently
• Communicates clearly with associates and senior leaders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Manages workload effectively, meets deadlines, and delivers strong service to internal and external partners
