A leading global medical technology company is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to spearhead cross-functional teams and drive strategic business initiatives within their software solutions organization. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with product development teams on a cutting-edge medical device connectivity platform initiative. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive project plans, fostering collaboration, providing servant leadership as a Scrum Master, and implementing SAFe Lean-Agile principles. The TPM will also advise on AWS technologies, manage risks, and promote continuous improvement. Daily tasks will involve facilitating stand-ups, managing Jira, ensuring thorough documentation, leveraging cloud-based experience, and developing integrated project plans using Agile methodologies.
