A leading global medical technology company is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to spearhead cross-functional teams and drive strategic business initiatives within their software solutions organization. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with product development teams on a cutting-edge medical device connectivity platform initiative. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive project plans, fostering collaboration, providing servant leadership as a Scrum Master, and implementing SAFe Lean-Agile principles. The TPM will also advise on AWS technologies, manage risks, and promote continuous improvement. Daily tasks will involve facilitating stand-ups, managing Jira, ensuring thorough documentation, leveraging cloud-based experience, and developing integrated project plans using Agile methodologies. 5+ years in technical product or program management
7+ years working supporting software engineering teams and leading cross-functional teams on complex programs in external customer-facing product development
Experience in leading Agile scrum teams serving an Agile Release Train leveraging the SAFe Framework
Ability to guide technical decisions around AWS services for various projects
Experience managing projects using Jira
Bachelors degree in a related field (engineering preferred)

Hands-on background in engineering, development, or testing
PMP and/or Scrum Master Certification
