Day-To-Day:
A Global Medical Equipment company headquartered in San Diego, CA is seeking a remote technical business analyst to join their team. They will be responsible for analyzing and gathering requirements from internal business stakeholders and working alongside a team of solutions architect to develop and implement effective solutions in regard to CRM, ERP and contact center technologies. This role involves working closely with contact center managers and agents to understand their needs and challenges, balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term operational needs, and identifying opportunities to streamline contact center processes. The ideal candidate will develop user stories and acceptance criteria to drive functional, non-functional, and system requirements for development teams, and partner with cross-functional teams across different time zones.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, 8+ years of experience preferred
• 5+ years experience with CRM technologies – Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud preferred
• Experience with ERP systems – Oracle Preferred
• Strong business acumen with customer first mindset.
• Proven ability to analyze and gather complex business processes and develop effective solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills
• Collaborate closely with technical architects to ensure solution meets business requirements
• Ability to clearly articulate and document the technical and functional requirements, acceptance criteria
Work effectively in a remote setting, collaborating with remote and global team members across multiple time zones to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with CRM systems – preferably Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
• 3+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
Strong understanding of contact center technologies, including CRM systems, IVR, ACD, and workforce management tools.
