Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and guide large scale, enterprise-wide implementation and upgrade initiatives across a global engineering and manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for partnering cross-functionally with the business and technical teams, driving strategic projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, identifying risks and managing budgets for on time delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical acumen to support cross-functional teams and global operations. This is a long term contract role, sitting onsite 5 days a week.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
6+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required; Agile/Scrum certifications a plus.
Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, SAP).
Proven ability to align priorities and foster successful collaboration across global teams, and time zones.
Experience within manufacturing, engineering or supply chain domains.
Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, MES, PLM) and digital manufacturing technologies.
