Job Description
The Epic Cadence/Referral Analyst will work closely with the project team's clinical leaders and the clinicians and providers to translate business needs into EMR functionality. Involves design, building, testing, and implementation of Referrals and Cadence application in our Epic system. Provides support to clinical and patient access users through knowledge of clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards, when adapting the software to meet their needs. Works with operations to create or adapt written protocols. Prepares detailed specs encompassing clinical and authorization processes, information flow, risk and impact analysis. May provide customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance. As a technical leader in Referrals and Cadence applications, applies advanced professional concepts and extensive industry knowledge to lead and / or work on medium to large projects of broad scope and complexity. May be recognized expert of an area of focus of business in clinical applications

Required Skills & Experience
• 9 years related experience or Bachelor’s + 5 years; strong Healthcare Ambulatory experience with Epic Referrals & Cadence build
• Deep expertise in 1–2 clinical application areas; end-to-end knowledge across design, build, implementation, support, testing, and optimization
Proven project leadership skills; able to prioritize, lead teams, and deliver initiatives end to end
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Cert in Referrals
