Project Overview: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a set number of roles within the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

2. Quality of Hire: Ensure high-quality candidates are selected to meet the organization's needs.
3. Candidate Experience: Provide a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
