Job Description
Responsible for evaluating supplier quality and qualifying production parts to ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Review supplier data to verify incoming components meet drawing and specification requirements
-Monitor supplier performance, track defect trends, and generate quality reports; drive corrective actions to reduce defects
-Evaluate and qualify new suppliers, including on-site audits of manufacturing processes and compliance (ISO, NADCAP)
-Partner with suppliers to improve performance through process enhancements, controls, and quality plans

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience in Manufacturing for metallic components
-Bachelors Degree
-Familiarity with supplier audits, root cause corrective action, PPAPs, first articles
-Experience in CNC programming, machining, investment casting, or quality engineering
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-ERP/ MES System exerience
-Lean Six Sigma certification
