An employer in the San Diego area is looking for a Secret cleared Mid Program Management Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for supporting their government client in day to day program management for an acquisition program in support of the Navy. They will be working alongside 3-4 other people to help with budgeting to acquire the communication systems, update tasking from the client, and gather supporting data for their timeline of completing the mission. This person will be responsible for tracking program/project status and schedules, and apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. They will also be updating the project communications spreadsheet, and creating workflows in sharepoint. The Program Management Analysts will also conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures. This person will act as a mentor and provide guidance on the program/ mission deadlines to their government customer.
-6+ years of experience in Program Management and a Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 12 years of work experience, or 16 years of work experience in lieu of formal education.
-Active Secret Clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI
-Experience in project management support with Navy acquisitions programs, or related project management support with the DoD.
-Proficient in Microsoft applications
