Job Description

We're seeking a Product Manager to join our growing digital product team. This individual will own and optimize the company's digital member experience, guiding products from concept to launch and ensuring they deliver maximum value to our members. The ideal candidate combines customer empathy, business acumen, and technical fluency to define priorities, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional execution. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our solutions are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with the strategic vision of becoming the industry's go-to AI-powered platform for technology services.

Key Responsibilities:
● Translate business needs and customer insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
● Contribute to the refinement of the product roadmap, balancing product vision and technical feasibility.
● Conduct competitive and market analysis to define and differentiate company's digital and AI-enabled products.
● Collaborate with engineering, design, research executives, analysts, and marketing to deliver features on time and at quality.
● Contribute to defining MVPs, test and iterate quickly based on user feedback, and scale successful solutions.
● Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups, ensuring teams are aligned on priorities.
● Oversee QA and acceptance testing for new features and resolved issues.
● Partner with internal stakeholders (Membership, Research, Marketing, Sales) to ensure alignment on priorities and trade-offs.
● Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions, updates, and training.
● Provide enablement materials and documentation to support adoption across internal teams and members.
● Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover needs and validate solutions.
● Maintain a data-driven approach to optimize adoption and engagement, reporting on product success metrics.
● Actively monitor product performance and troubleshoot issues, coordinating resolution across teams.
● Streamline product lifecycle processes across people, workflows, and third-party tools.

This is a fully remote position.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years in a Product Manager or Product Owner role
Experience working directly with engineers on requirements, user feedback, etc.
Ability to translate business needs and customer insights into clear product requirements
and user stories.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience leading sprint planning
PM experience for a SaaS or mobile app product
