Maintains company accounting systems, assisting with the financial statement close cycle and producing timely reporting and compliance with relevant procedures and controls. Review and enter transactions in the ERP system. Balances books and reconciles balance sheet accounts. Provides records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions. This position is fully REMOTE.
Primary Responsibilities
* Ensures all accounting transactions are accurately maintained and remain in compliance with both US and local GAAP guidelines
* Prepares and analyzes account reconciliations, operating expenses, and balance sheet items
* Reconciles inventory balances between the subsidiary and general ledgers
* Maintains accounting controls and recommends policies and procedures to support compliance with all regulations
