Job Description

The Proposal Library Administrator III is responsible for overseeing and leading the management of accurate, timely, and competitive responses for Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) while ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals within the content database on a regular basis. The Proposal Library Administrator III provides leadership, mentorship, and advanced expertise in managing the proposal content database. This role includes developing and implementing best practices, leading cross-functional collaborations, and serving as a strategic advisor on content development and proposal content processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications Preferred
- more than eight (8) years job related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five (5) or more years healthcare industry experience or PBM experience required. Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional proposal initiatives. Experience in a high-volume Proposal department environment is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
Advanced knowledge of Ombud or similar proposal management systems.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools is a plus.
Exceptional mentorship abilities, with a demonstrated ability to work within or lead high-performing teams.
Outstanding strategic thinking, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in translating technical information into compelling, business-friendly content.
Advanced project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across all organizational levels.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt processes to meet evolving business needs.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- PMP or APMP certification preferred. If no PMP or APMP certification, incumbent is expected to obtain certification within one year of assuming position.
