Job Description
This role supports the Global Supply Chain Capacity Growth Program by partnering with Supply Chain teams and suppliers to validate demand forecasts, assess supplier capacity, and drive execution of capacity plans. The position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate data flow, disciplined project tracking, and alignment with Global Supply Chain objectives to secure capacity required for increasing volumes.
Key Responsibilities
-Collaborate with Supply Chain teams and suppliers to validate demand forecasts and assess supplier capability and readiness.
-Support the development, maintenance, and tracking of supplier capacity and validation plans, identifying risks, gaps, and mitigation needs.
-Assist Lead Capacity Growth Project Managers in maintaining integrated project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, and action-item tracking.
-Monitor progress against capacity commitments and validation milestones, escalating issues as needed.
-Maintain accurate records of supplier capacity status and validation outcomes, ensuring data integrity across systems and reports.
-Prepare clear, concise updates for governance forums, Control Tower dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
-Serve as a liaison between suppliers, Supply Chain teams, and program leadership to ensure timely, aligned communication of requirements, deliverables, and status.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-3-5 years of experience in project management.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Experience with supplier engagement and capacity planning.
-Familiarity with project management methodologies.
