A major medical technology company is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their PMO within their software organization. This role will play a pivotal role in enhancing product development efficiency through the effective validation and review of internal tools. Your responsibilities will include managing projects using Agile and SAFe principles, customizing and validating tools like Jira and Confluence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, particularly in the medical device sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure that all tools and processes meet stringent quality and regulatory requirements. This role demands a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience in project management.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in a highly regulated healthcare/medical device environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Practical knowledge of Agile software development principles.
- PMP and CSM certifications are desired.
- Knowledge of ISO 62304 and other healthcare industry standards.
- Experience doing customizations with Jira and Confluence
