Supports special projects within the departmentsuch as technology initiatives, training, acquisitions, and process improvementsby planning, executing, and monitoring projects to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead medium to large projects, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to define goals, scope, timelines, and communication plans.
- Serve as the primary contact for operations, assisting with acquisitions, procedural analysis, change management, and lessons learned.
- Manage projects including SharePoint redesign, leadership training, course updates, and process improvements.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, budgets, and performance, and report on progress.
- Research, analyze, and compile data for reports, charts, and budgets.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage scope changes.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and assist in risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with IT on technology projects, focusing on implementation, training, and change management.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project rollout efforts, including communication and training.
- Evaluate projects, document lessons learned, and recommend process improvements.
- Create and update SharePoint sites related to projects.
- Perform additional duties, such as audits or ad hoc projects.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent; 5+ years experience, preferably in mortgage and project management.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, ClickUp, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and influence senior leadership.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Experience with mergers/acquisitions, change management, and budgeting is a plus.
