Job Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for tracking and monitoring project data completeness and accuracy. This role oversees project procedures for data collection and manages data QA/QC, while also supporting organizational change management and community-based outreach activities.
Responsibilities
• Project Process Management (20%)
○ Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
○ Resolve conflicts and solve problems as project roadblocks arise.
• Performance Tracking & Inventory Management (30%)
○ Track, report, and analyze project performance, measuring results and key indicators.
○ Assist in maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
○ Manage inventory in two phases:
§ Transition historical inventory records from paper to digital format.
§ Update and maintain current inventory by working with supervisors to field-check facility tools, equipment, insulators, parts, and pieces. Create a digital footprint of records, focusing on important items and tracking numbers or stock codes as needed.
○ Maintain internal resources to track the ins and outs of the facility (“dance hall”).
○ Support the transition of inventory tracking from Excel to SAP.
• Special Studies & Administrative Support (15%)
○ Perform special cost and project requirement studies as assigned.
○ Update project information in Smartsheet and other admin tools.
• Other Duties (5%)
○ Perform additional project coordinator duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in project/program coordination
• Experience with data management or data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in the energy, utility, or clean transportation sector
• Smartsheet experience
• Power BI experience
