A well-known, advanced engineering company based in San Diego is seeking an entry level Project Coordinator to join their team. This position directly supports several Project Managers to facilitate documentation, organization, and reporting on engineering test projects and other work that pertain to engineering. This candidate will need to be an intermediate to advanced user in Excel and experienced using MS office suite. They will be collaborating and working closely with several individuals and ensuring detailed data and reports are provided. Primary work will be utilizing Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook and Word as well as some proprietary company software. This will be an administrative position.
