Insight Global is looking to hire an Integration Engineer for a large semiconductor client in San Diego. The Integration Engineer will be responsible for assessing current facility status, identifying optimal engineering equipment and layout, mechanical installation, and defining timeline and milestones across a project planning phase. During the project execution phase, the Integration Engineer will be responsible for effectively communicating with stakeholders regarding expectations and progress. This individual will also be responsible for assessing post-project in terms of correcting errors and ensuring alignment with on-time project roadmap. Analytical thinking, a background in engineering and integrated systems, and clear stakeholder communication is of the utmost importance in this role.

· BS or MS in Engineering, Physics, or Applied Sciences
· 4+ years of project experience defining of deliverables, requirements, timelines, and execution
· 4+ years of experience assessing complex building schematics in efforts to integrate systems
· 4+ years of experience communicating, coordinating, and managing stakeholders
Excels in a dynamic, complex environment with strong interpersonal skills
