Job Description

A leading insurance and financial services client is looking to bring on a Power Apps Developer to support their enterprise application initiatives. The developer will be responsible for building business applications on Microsoft’s Power Platform with a strong emphasis on SharePoint integration. The role involves collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to automate processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver intuitive, user-friendly tools that support critical business functions. Candidates should bring proven technical expertise, a track record of delivering scalable solutions, and strong communication skills to succeed in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (canvas and/or model-driven apps)
• Strong background in integrating Power Apps with SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, permissions)
• Proficiency with Power Automate for creating workflows and automating business tasks
• Familiarity with Dataverse for data modeling, relationships, and governance
• Experience with UI/UX design to deliver clean, responsive, and user-friendly applications
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills for collaboration and documentation
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for advanced customization and custom components
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API for connecting to Microsoft 365 services
• Exposure to Power BI for building dashboards and reports
• Experience handling delegation and performance optimization in Power Apps
• Background in enterprise-scale collaboration across IT and business stakeholders
