We are looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join a hard-working legal team. In this role, the paralegal will work with, assist, and support the real estate attorneys in all legal services related to assigned matters, coordinating efforts with other paralegals, legal assistants, outside and opposing counsel, and third-party service providers as required. You will supervise and provide guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to other paralegals and legal assistants (as assigned), and organize and facilitate an environment wherein the best quantitative and qualitative results can be achieved by the supervised paralegals and paralegal assistants.

- 6+ years of relevant and on-point legal experience.
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited U.S. university (associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved school (or equivalent)
- Combination of education, training, experience, skills and other characteristics that would provide the requisite knowledge and abilities in support of the essential job functions.
