We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure the continuous operation and maintenance of all equipment across various buildings on site. This role involves monitoring and adjusting refrigeration, chilled water, air conditioning equipment, boilers, ventilating and water heaters, pumps, valves, piping, filters, and other mechanical and electrical systems. The candidate will oversee fire/life safety and mechanical systems, including HVAC, chillers, CRAC, CAC, IRC, WSHP, plumbing, and controls, as well as manage electrical systems such as lighting, UPS, ATS, STS, PDU, generators, primary switchgear, power distribution, and transformers.
Key Responsibilities:
Record readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper equipment operation.
Respond promptly to alarms and alerts from building management systems (BMS/BAS).
Analyze system operations, identify problems/malfunctions, and take corrective action (Root Cause Analysis).
Comply with policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Learn and understand the site to manage incidents and events that put critical systems at risk.
Handle work order management, including Corrigo and vendor management.
Understand and comply with emergency escalation procedures.
Perform additional job duties as required.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Process work orders, filter changes, and conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections.
Troubleshoot issues with pump motor hoses, belts, and air handling units.
Maintain a clean driving record and background.
Perform hands-on work with BAS or BMS systems.
