Job Description

An employer in the San Diego area is looking for an IT Customer Service Technician with a great personality to join their team and provide support to all internal employees. This individual will be spending their time troubleshooting calls or tickets that come in for any internal technical issues. Issues include desktop/computer support, account lockouts, wifi outages, microsoft suite issues, setting up new hires, printer set ups, and VPN install/access.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years experience being a IT Service Technician

Proficient in customer service with a great personality

Proficient in all of Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Applications

Knowledge of Outlook and Excel

Experience or knowledge with Sharepoint AND Active Directory

Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with IBMI systems

Knowledge or experience with Cisco

Any Certifications
