An employer in the San Diego area is looking for an IT Customer Service Technician with a great personality to join their team and provide support to all internal employees. This individual will be spending their time troubleshooting calls or tickets that come in for any internal technical issues. Issues include desktop/computer support, account lockouts, wifi outages, microsoft suite issues, setting up new hires, printer set ups, and VPN install/access.
