A client in the San Diego, CA area is looking for an IT Governance Analyst to join their team. This person is responsible for providing governance and ensuring the
Controls used to mitigate business risks are properly designed, executed and documented. This role will work as part of the IT Governance Team to identify, design and test controls for optimal performance.
-Understanding of systems development lifecycle and change management concepts.

-Bachelor's Degree, Degree in Business Administration or IT-related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, Security, Risk, and/or Audit
-Technical Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience
-Experience with analyzing and manipulating data across various sources including excel, CRMs, and online repositories.
-processes in the IT Division (process modelling and procedure development experience desired).
- MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-Understanding of financial institution governance and regulations including SSAE16/18, FFIEC, SOX, and ISACA/COBIT.
GSuite (Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets) preferred.
