A Biosciences company based in San Diego is seeking a Business Process/Process Excellence Analyst to join their team. The Process Analyst is a key member of the Value Management Office (VMO), responsible for designing, standardizing, and optimizing VMO processes to enable measurable business value. This role ensures that how work gets done - intake, prioritization, governance, and execution - drives efficiency, transparency, and alignment to strategic outcomes. The position plays a central role in shifting the organization from project execution to value realization, emphasizing outcomes over outputs.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years in process improvement, Agile, PMO/VMO, or operational excellence roles
Experience designing and implementing enterprise processes and governance models that enable value-based decision making
Hands-on experience with process mapping, journey mapping, and defining value measurement and hypothesis
Experience using tools like Lucid Chart for process mapping
Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
Proven ability to analyze and optimize workflows and drive measurable improvements
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience or familiarity with ServiceNow
Experience implementing or integrating AI tools for process improvement or automation
