Job Description
A Global Medical Device Company is seeking a Delivery Manager to join their team. This consultant will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of ongoing technical improvements, upgrades, and implementations for their ERP, CRM and CaaS systems. They will work closely with the Business Analyst team to ensure that deliverables are met by defining the project deadlines, identifying roadblocks, and reporting on daily progress.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in management or relevant field preferred
• Project Management Certifications
• 8+ years’ experience in Technical Project Management and Delivery Management
o Strong understanding of technical complexities and how to drive the solution
o Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and create project plans end-to-end
• Background or strong understanding of program or delivery management, experience prioritizing and running multiple projects at once
• Experience with project management tools for automation (Jira & Confluence)
• Experience supporting enterprise level businesses
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM technologies
• Strong documentation practices and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction needed
• Experience working with global teams and comfortable with a flexible schedule
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Salesforce Certification
• Background in Life Science or Med Device Industry
