Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Review incoming fetal, postnatal, and oncology specimens to ensure appropriate testing and essential patient information.
Coordinate molecular testing for families, evaluate requested analysis, and communicate abnormal test results to healthcare professionals.
Assist clients with testing requests, special test results, and billing information.
Administrative Responsibilities:

Maintain information on available testing and handle paperwork for special studies and send-out cases.

Provide genetic counseling and technical support to patients and staff.
Act as a client liaison and collaborate on publications and projects.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Genetics/Genetics Counseling
- ABGC board certified or eligible
- Two years' clinical genetics experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in prenatal testing
- clinic experience
