The Formulary Rebate Analyst III is responsible for executing accurate and timely rebate calculations, utilization modeling, and impact reporting in support of clinical formulary strategies across an assigned book of business. This role serves as a critical partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring client contract terms are interpreted correctly, rebate requirements are accurately coded, and reporting meets both internal standards and client expectations. The Analyst leverages strong analytical and SQL skills to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in rebate analysis, finance, accounting, or data analytics
• Strong experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights
• Moderate SQL proficiency, including writing and modifying queries, joins, aggregations, and conditional logic
• Experience interpreting and applying complex client contract terms to financial or rebate reporting
• Proven attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality assurance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and a high-volume book of business
• Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to internal stakeholders
• Analytical and financial reasoning skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Experience supporting internal teams in a client-facing environment
• Familiarity with PBMs, managed healthcare, or formulary strategy strongly preferred
