We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Failure Analysis Lab Technician to support product complaint investigations in our Post Market Quality failure analysis lab. This role is critical in processing returned products, managing the lab environment, and assisting with product investigations to help ensure continued product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the failure analysis lab for returned product investigations.
Receive, process, and document returned goods related to product complaints.
Organize incoming packages in the mailroom and the failure analysis lab.
Collaborate with Technical Services and Field Representatives to resolve any issues with returned product intake.
Prepare and document completed investigations for warehouse storage.
Escalate complex investigations to senior engineering staff as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support lab and quality functions.

- Bachelor's degree in a medical or technical Engineering field
- 1 year of work experience/internship
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a team setting.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
