$50 - $62 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

- 70% of the day to day will be project based work and the other 30% will be keep the lights on activity
- Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) application functionality.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Epic solutions.
- Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize revenue cycle performance.
- Support charge capture, claims management, reimbursement, and billing operations within the Epic environment.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement system enhancements.
- Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, patches, system changes, and new implementations.
- Maintain documentation including workflows, build specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
- Provide end-user support and participate in issue resolution and ticket management.
- Assist with Epic upgrades, optimization initiatives, and new functionality deployments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and Epic best practices.
Participate in cross-functional project teams supporting revenue cycle transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience as an EPIC Resolute PB Analyst
- Must have experience with Charge Router, Resolute Professional Billing, Claims & Remittance

- EPIC Chard Router
- EPIC Resolute PB
EPIC Claims & Remittance

- Experience with Epic connect
- Past experience working for a children's Hospital
