Job Description
A large insurance customer is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive and optimize digital marketing initiatives across SEO, paid media, website optimization, and marketing analytics. This individual will partner closely with creative, content, web, and business stakeholders to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities to improve website traffic, customer engagement, and lead generation.
This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys wearing multiple hats, balancing strategy with execution, and using data to develop recommendations that drive measurable business results.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience within a B2B and/or enterprise environment.
• Experience developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and website visibility.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong experience leveraging marketing analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance, identify trends, perform competitive analysis, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies across web, SEO, email, paid media, and marketing automation.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, web, and UX teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Looker Studio or similar business intelligence/reporting tools.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Experience using SEO platforms such as SEMrush.
• Experience within the financial services or insurance industry.
