$18 - $22 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

• Walk hospital floors and departments to locate IT equipment
• Identify devices such as:
o Desktops, laptops, monitors
o Workstations on Wheels (WOWs)
o Printers and peripherals
• Document device presence in Excel or tracking tools
• Follow structured checklists and daily assignments
• Escalate missing devices, discrepancies, or access issues

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, inventory, or field-based roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable working onsite and walking for extended periods
• Basic familiarity with computer hardware and peripherals / understanding of basic IT
hardware (desktops, printers, peripherals)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working in healthcare or hospital environments
• Prior involvement in inventory, asset tracking, or deployment projects
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, ServiceNow, or ticketing systems
• Certifications such as:
o CompTIA A+
o CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+)
• Experience working in large facilities or multi-building environments
