Job Description

The commercial business analyst works closely with IT Business Partners to define and document key processes, requirements, knowledge articles, and user documentation. The Senior IT Business Analyst will work both on projects, as a critical team member, and with operational teams to identify communication and training to help ease the introduction of new technologies and to further improve operational processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or similar field and 4+ years of relevant IT Business Analyst experience OR masters degree in computer science, IT, or similar field and 2+ years of similar experience
4+ years of experience in a commercial Business Analyst/PM role, preferably supporting Commercial Pharmaceutical operations and technologies
o Experience working as a technical consultant and liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to consult and develop technical solutions
o Ability to communicate technical information with all levels within the organization
- Experience defining standard operating procedures and strong documentation of processes, requirements and training materials
o Ability to define and document business processes and requirements, including data flow, storage, application usability, reporting, and analytics
Familiarity with industry-specific software and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector
Strong knowledge of commercial processes such as sales operations, marketing, and market access with a strong understanding key business drivers
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills with superb attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communications skills, including tact, diplomacy, and flexibility
