Job Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Inspector to support quality assurance across high-precision machining operations. This role is essential to ensuring parts meet strict customer specifications and industry standards, including AS9100 and ISO compliance.
Compensation:
$35/hr to $41/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years’ experience in mechanical inspection.
Must work to close tolerances in a high volume environment.
Ability to perform complex set-ups for part inspection.
Must be proficient with complicated blueprints and advanced job shop mathematical calculations.
Familiar with all facets of inspection techniques, including CMM operation, a wide range of inspection and measuring tools, and surface plate set-ups.
Must be able to follow written instructions and to work with no supervision.
Must have strong organizational skills and be familiar with documentation requirements for an ISO-based quality system.
Must have the ability to read, write, comprehend reading instructions and documentation in English
Thorough understanding of true position tolerancing and application of Cartesian coordinate systems.
Proficient in advanced CMM programming using PC DMIS 4.2 or later
