Job Description

The Program Manager, Technology Enablement is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple technology initiatives in partnership with developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders. This role supports two major strategic projects while managing a portfolio of smaller enhancement efforts, with a strong focus on dashboarding, reporting, and internal application support.
The ideal candidate is a technically curious, business‑oriented program manager who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business partners, drive requirements through delivery, and help scale and introduce emerging technologies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management - Change Management
Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives, including two major strategic projects and several smaller enhancement efforts
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and drive projects through execution and completion
Act as a business-facing program manager, collaborating with IT partners and development teams
Track, prioritize, and score work efforts to ensure alignment with business priorities
Support recurring monthly and quarterly deliverables, including reporting and dashboard updates
Technology & Application Oversight
Oversee and support existing applications, including performing limited development or configuration work when required
Partner with developers to enhance and maintain Power Platform applications and dashboard solutions
Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation, dashboards, or improved workflows
Serve as a go-to resource for technology-related questions from business partners
Dashboarding & Reporting
Lead and support dashboard development and enhancements, primarily using Power BI and Smartsheet
Ensure dashboards effectively support operational and leadership decision-making
Provide ongoing dashboard support for internal teams, including Gas Operations and related business units
Process & Agile Support
Support agile delivery practices and, when needed, act as an informal or acting Scrum Master
Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and cross-functional discussions to ensure progress and alignment
Develop and document process flows to capture inputs, outputs, and end-to-end workflows
Communication & Enablement
Develop clear, professional presentations and documentation for leadership and end users
Create user guides and onboarding materials for new technologies and solutions
Introduce new technologies to business partners and support adoption through training and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced experience in program or project management within a technology or IT environment
Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and managing projects across the full technology product lifecycle
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with developers, IT partners, and business stakeholders
Proficiency with the following tools:
Power BI
Smartsheet
Microsoft PowerPoint
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Visio
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in a utility, energy, or operations-focused environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Prior experience acting as a Scrum Master or supporting agile delivery teams
Experience supporting dashboard-driven or data-centric initiatives
