Job Description
A leading company in the pharmacy benefit management space is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join their software engineering team, supporting the development of a robust, data visualization platform. This platform will serve both internal and external clients. The BSA will play a key role in gathering and translating business requirements into functional user stories, collaborating closely with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation. Operating in a fast-paced Agile environment, the BSA will own the backlog, stay ahead of the development team, and contribute to user adoption through training materials and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong background in Business Intelligence and Analytics
• Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements
• Ability to write clear, actionable user stories for Agile development
• Familiarity with BI tools (such as Tableau or Power BI)
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Experience with Jira for backlog management and scrum ceremonies
• Experience with Confluence for documentation
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, developers, and end users
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Apache Superset
• Familiarity with healthcare or PBM industry
