An global company in San Diego is looking for a Business Analyst/Configurator in SPM
Responsibilities:
-Translate business needs into functional specifications for SPM configuration.
• Conduct gap analysis between current state and SPM 14 capabilities.
• Support process improvements in service parts supply chain.
Servigistics (SPM) Configuration
• Configure and maintain modules within Servigistics SPM (Forecasting, Planning, Inventory, Optimization).
• Analyze forecast accuracy, stocking policies, safety stock, and service levels.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.
• Work with technical teams on data feeds, batch jobs, and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Servigistics SPM
• Strong experience in:
Demand forecasting
Inventory optimization
Service parts planning
Experience supporting or participating in SPM 14 upgrade
Experience in production support environment
• Functional Knowledge
• Service Parts Management (SPM)
• Supply Chain Planning
• Inventory policies and service level management
• Forecasting techniques (statistical & causal models)
